1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Client") and Moneyguniuss Ltd ("Moneyguniuss", "we", "us"). They apply to every account, platform and service we provide, together with any account-specific terms shown during registration.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and account-specific terms, the account-specific terms apply to that account.

2. Eligibility

To open an account you must:

• be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity;
• not be a citizen or resident of a restricted jurisdiction, including the United States, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea and Sudan;
• provide accurate, complete and current information and keep it up to date.

We may refuse an application or close an account at our discretion where eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account opening & verification

Accounts are opened after you complete registration and our identity verification (KYC) process. We may request proof of identity, proof of address and information about the source of funds at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

4. Services

We provide execution-only trading in contracts for difference (CFDs) and other derivative products on forex, shares, indices, metals, energy and cryptocurrencies. We do not provide investment, legal or tax advice, and any market information we publish is general in nature.

5. Orders & execution

Orders are executed according to our order execution policy. Prices are derived from liquidity providers and may change rapidly. During volatile markets, slippage may occur and orders may be filled at a price different from the one requested.

We may reject, cancel or adjust orders placed at manifestly erroneous prices or as a result of a technical error.

6. Margin, leverage & stop-out

Leveraged trading requires you to maintain sufficient margin. If your margin level falls below the stop-out level for your account type, open positions may be closed automatically, starting with the least profitable position.

Negative balance protection applies to retail clients, so you cannot lose more than the funds in your account.

7. Deposits & withdrawals

Deposits must come from accounts held in your own name. Withdrawals are generally returned to the original funding source. We may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal. See Funding Methods for available options.

8. Fees & charges

Spreads, commissions, swap (overnight financing) and any other charges are shown on our account and conditions pages and on the trading platform. We may change fees with reasonable notice.

9. Prohibited conduct

You must not use our services for market abuse, latency arbitrage, exploitation of pricing errors, money laundering, or any unlawful activity. We may void trades and close accounts involved in such conduct.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from market movements, events outside our reasonable control, internet or system failures, or your failure to follow these Terms.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account with notice, or immediately where required by law or in case of a breach of these Terms. Open positions may be closed at prevailing market prices.

12. Changes & governing law

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Moneyguniuss Ltd is authorised.
